1. Set warning message

The construction elevator protective door has simple structure, reliable quality, convenient installation and use, and can be reused. It is made of square square tube, steel mesh (welded mesh) and steel plate by welding. The welding point is firm. The steel is made of national standard Q235 material. The common size of the outline is 1.3m * 1.8m or 1.5m * 1.8m. The surface is sprayed with yellow or red paint, and the bottom is sprayed with black yellow or red and white skirting board. The warning slogan "Pay attention to safety and close the door after you" is sprayed in the middle, which makes people clear. The protective door of Haoqian elevator shall be constructed in strict accordance with the drawing, with correct size and meticulous workmanship to achieve the purpose of construction safety protection.

2. Material safety assured

Generally, the protective door of the elevator is painted with yellow paint, and the bottom is sprayed with yellow and black skirting boards to achieve the purpose of warning. The door frame is welded with 2 * 3cm square tube according to the national standard (square tube can be customized according to customer requirements), with high strength, non-debonding and stable quality. The door bolt adopts a complete set of galvanized door bolts with beautiful appearance and convenient use. The protective door can only be opened by the elevator operator when the door bolt is set outside, effectively preventing the construction personnel waiting in the floor from opening the protective door. It eliminates the potential risk of throwing objects or falling objects from high altitude.

3. First safety net protection

The elevator wellhead must be equipped with the first safety net on the positive and negative zero floors. The upper part of every two floors, most of which are designed with a safety flat net every 10m. The network safety quality must be consistent with the standard network of "safety net" in GB 5725-1997. The method must be checked according to relevant regulations. The operator shall wear safety belt according to the regulations when installing and disassembling the safety flat net elevator. On the floor and roof, a hole with a short side size greater than 1.5 m shall be set around the hole in accordance with the requirements of protective railings, and a safety flat net shall be set at the bottom.
