　　近年来，电梯行业的发展已从过去的有机房电梯转变为无机房电梯，无机房电梯采用变频调速微机控制，在结构上与以往的垂直电梯存在很大差异。无机房电梯为了节约空间，将过去安装在井道上方机房内的控制柜、主机、限速器等设备改为安装在井道内，取消了专用的机房设置，在有效提高建筑面积使用率的同时降低了建筑成本。利用小型化无齿主机及2:1曳引系统实现运输，消除了传统齿轮啮合造成的机房噪音;薄型控制柜安装在首层附近的井道内，在有效防水的同时可以通过厅外检修迅速、便捷地开展安装调试、数据读写、日常检修、乘客救援等工作，并凭借其Z 小仅130 mm的厚度Z 大限度地节省井道空间。引入电流速度双闭环控制形式的薄型永磁同步门机可实现开关门速度曲线的高效平滑，减少开关门时间，改善交通流量;预设多条智能化运行曲线以供选择，适应不同场合的需要。采用微机控制系统与逆变系统一体化高集成模块技术，全面提高系统响应速度与可靠性。改变了轿厢悬挂方式，大大改善了无机房电梯的运行舒适感，降低了无机房电梯的安装、维修保养作业的强度。同时，节省了材料，降低了顶层高度。
